Mission statement

The Central Illinois Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired provides programs meeting the emotional, educational, training, social and cultural needs of people who are blind or visually impaired living in Central Illinois.

 

Vision statement

We imagine a future where people who are blind or visually impaired have equal opportunities to engage independently in our great Central Illinois community.
